North Lite currently offers shipping within the United States using USPS, and we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping services. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping once your order has been handed over to USPS. Any issues or delays that may arise due to carrier-related problems must be addressed directly with USPS.


Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing. We understand the importance of timely delivery and are committed to expediting your order as swiftly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to easily monitor your package's progress. Warranty

At North Lite, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality outdoor gear that is built to last. That's why we offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship with proof of purchase. If you encounter any issues with the materials or workmanship of our products within one year of purchase, we will repair the item free of charge excluding shipping.

Please note that while we stand behind the quality of our products, our warranty does not cover shipping charges for returning the item to us. Additionally, our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse. However, if you require repairs due to such damage, we offer repair services at a reasonable charge.

Returns

At North Lite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refund within 60 days of the original purchase date. However, please note that you must contact us and obtain a return authorization prior to sending your item back.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during shipping.

Please note that the shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you wish to return the item, you will need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
